Sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can, of course, make use of your right to cancel.

If you want to make use of your [right to cancel], please use this [return form] and send back the goods within 14 days.

The shipping costs for a return is free for orders within Germany. Feel free to generate your own shipping label in our [DHL return portal].

The shipping costs lie with the costumer if ordered from outside of Germany, see more in our [terms & conditions].

We are always trying to process returns as fast as possible. A time frame of up to 5 business days has to be expected (after receiving the goods). We apologize for any inconvenience, if the processing time is longer in times of releases and sales.

After we receive your return, we check it and arrange a refund if applicable. If you paid per bank transfer in advance, we will need your bank information for a refund. You can state your information in the return form.
